Child Care in Health Care works to promote Child Care Services,
employer sponsored child care,
onsite child care, as well as sick child care
at hospitals and other child care organizations accross the country. We believe that hospital child care services
play an important role in early childhood development and should be offered by all health care associations.

delivery system, Child Care in Health Care serves as a model for employer-sponsored child
care programs in every sector of society.
Our goals:To
support our mission and membership, Child Care in Health Care has established these goals:
Achieving greater sponsorship
for child care initiatives among health care corporations, employee
groups, and executives across the nation.Providing continued support
for existing programs.Establishing new programs
such as sick care, intergenerational care, family centers and
child care consultation services.Improving the image and
influence of Child Care in Health Care in the local, state, and federal government,
as well as with the general public.

health care community. Our mission is to provide a network
of resources integrating quality child care services with the work/family
and wellness initiatives within the healthcare delivery system.

needs and problems of child care in health care.Hospital
child care needs are unique and specific; Child Care in Health Care's primary goal
is to help its membership meet these special needs.
